In my opinion, there is nothing healthier than being able to create your favorite recipes from the comfort of your kitchen. Because of that you can choose the quality of the products that you are going to use.
This chili sauce is easy to prepare and you can keep it in your fridge for up to three weeks. You can use this sauce as a dip or to twist and add some interesting flavor to your favorite dishes.

Cut the chilies into small slices.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the oil and let it heat for a minute. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they turn translucent – about two or three minutes -.
- Add the chili and cook for about five minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add half a cup of hot water and cook for an additional three minutes.
- Prepare a Bouquet Garni with parsley and thyme and add it to the pan with the chili. İncorporate half a cup of additional hot water and lower the heat. Cook for an hour, adding water when necessary, but just enough to cover the sauce.
- After one hour add salt and pepper to taste. Let the liquids reduce (you must have a consistency of a pizza sauce). Remove from heat and cool before passing through a food mill to help separate the chili peels from the sauce.
- Store in a container with a tight lid for up to three weeks.
