This recipe is super easy to prepare, and it will be your salvation when receiving unexpected visits, since you can keep them for a long time just by covering them with olive oil. And you will have this delightful, already prepared ingredient to create delicious finger foods in a very short time.

- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
Wash the tomatoes very well, dry and cut them in half. Place them on a baking tray and season it with olive oil, salt and pepper to will. Cut the garlic and thymus subtly and crack the coriander seeds. Add them over the tomatoes. Salt and pepper to will.
Bring the tomatoes to the oven for about 2 hours or until they are completely roasted.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them get cool.
To preserve, place them in a clean jar and cover with enough olive oil. Close the lid tightly. You can keep this tomatoes out of your fridge, in a place where direct light does not reach them.
Serves as a companion of meat, risotto or fish, or on a slice of toast to create delicious bite to share with your guests,
