The first time I put these ingredients together to create this delicious bite, I was looking for a combination that would approach the delicious classic melon and prosciutto, so famous in Italian summers. The skepticism of my friends did not wait, however, once they tried the result they were delighted with this combination of flavors.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Cut the mango in 2×2 cm squares.
Roll the mango squares first with a small layer of lardo and then a small layer of bacon and place them on a baking tray.
Bring them to the oven for about 15 minutes or until the bacon is slightly crispy.
Serves hot
