Known in almost every corner of the world, bruschetta is classic Italian finger food. The bruschetta is generally prepared in summer, with tomato as the main ingredient or other seasonal vegetables. It literally results in a refreshing snack. Seafood bruschetta can also be prepared, with shrimp being the best known after tomato.
Although you can find countless varieties in these times, the classic Italian bruschetta is very simple. This one has only 7 ingredients: bread, tomato, garlic, basil, oregano, olive oil, and salt.
You can also add mozzarella cheese to this original recipe as an optional ingredient.
You can prepare this bruschetta at home with your family and enjoy a delicious Sunday afternoon in a classic Italian style.

- Wash the tomatoes well and cut them in half. Discard the seeds and juice. Cut the basil into julienne strips. Season everything with oregano, oil and salt. Reserve to use later.
Cut the bread into thick slices and use an iron to toast them on the both side. Reserve.
You have two ways to prepare the garlic. Use your favorite one from the following two options:
1. Peel the garlic clove, cut off the top and rub on one side of the toast, or;
2. Take the garlic head and wrap it in aluminum foil.Take it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When cooking, cut off one side of the head and press to remove the garlic paste. Spread it on one side of the toasts.Cover each toast with the previously prepared tomato and decorate it with some basil leaves.
