Garlic confit is a dish that has different variants and that can positively change the final flavor of your favorite recipe.
You can use it to spread on the bread of your bruschetta, to enhance the flavor of your favorite soup, to add to sauteed vegetables, with meats on your barbecue, as well as to improve the taste of vinaigrette for your favorite salads. Its oil has an intense flavor that can help you enhance the flavor of some rice and as a final detail of any dish you can create.
In addition to the rosmarine and thyme that we propose in this recipe, you can also add sage, bay leaves, fennel, fresh pepper or lavender.

- Place all ingredients in a jar, filling only solo parts of its capacity.
Close the bottle tightly and place in the pressure cooker on a grill to prevent the bottle from coming into direct contact with the heat.
Fill the pressure cooker, covering the jar ¾ parts.
Cook over low heat for two hours, starting to count the time from the moment the pot reaches its pressure limit.
After two hours, depressurize the pot and let the jam in the jar cool for at least two additional hours.
